Probate, Wills & Trust

At Ryan & Frost Solicitors, Ann Frost is a dedicated and vastly experienced private client lawyer who provides a compassionate and practical service for Executors and Administrators.

From the giving of initial advice to the provision of a full administration service Ryan & Frost Solicitors can assist you at a difficult time and agree a fee arrangement to suit your requirements. This could be on a fixed fee or an hourly rate basis. What we never do (unlike our competitors) is charge a percentage of the valuation of the estate.

WILLS

Please ask for our leaflet which explains the information we need from you and the costs of the preparation of standard Wills. More complicated Wills, which may include trusts or where Inheritance tax planning advice is required will involve additional costs which can be discussed and agreed at the initial meeting.

At Ryan & Frost Solicitors, Ann Frost combines vast experience with a friendly approach. As Ann is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) she is bound by the STEP code for Will Preparation in England and Wales which is a set of ethical principles that operate for the benefit of clients. A copy of the code can be downloaded at www.step.org/code-conduct.

Home visits are available, often at no extra charge.
