As a qualified solicitor advocate, Sejal has a number of years experience in the immigration field and has represented a large number of individuals and organisations. Sejal started her career at the Home Office in the Immigration and Nationality Directorate and is able to draw upon this experience and expertise to advise on all aspects of immigration law.
Sejal possess extensive knowledge in dealing with all sorts of Immigration issues, from making applications to representation at Court. The immigration field is an ever changing area of law and by keeping herself updated with these developments Sejal has been able to advise clients on the most effective solutions for them. Sejal has been successful in helping many individuals and businesses with their immigration matters.
In addition to assisting clients, Sejal has set up and runs immigration clinics around the UK working with the local Citizens Advice Bureaus and the local community. Sejal is also a Trustee at LawWorks and the SCVO and a part of the management committee of IHWO.
Sejal was awarded ‘ best contribution by an individual’ at the Pro Bono Awards in 2013 and was shortlisted for Pro Bono lawyer of the Year in 2014 at the Legal Awards.
